Room 108. 01/31/2026. Check-in was ok. Hotel felt safe. Was reasonably quiet. Heat was fine. Refrigerator worked. 3 lights in the room were not working. Toilet paper holder was broken with toilet paper set on toilet bowl. Wires from an old fire alarm were still hanging from ceiling.

It wasn't good or bad, it just was. We needed a reasonably priced place to stay for the weekend, and this fit the bill. The listing for this hotel says Free Breakfast, it was cereal and yogurt, if you're looking for actual breakfast, I would not recommend them, but if you're looking for someplace to rest your head at a reasonable price, then this is the one!

We booked a room with a king bed, and we were offered a room with two queen beds and a kitchenette when I went to check in. The room looked decent. The bed we slept in was very firm. I realize people have varying preferences in this area, but I wasn't comfortable. The breakfast choices were very limited; coffee, packaged muffins, cereal, and make your own waffles (with syrup, but no butter/margarine) We will definitely return to Galveston County. However, we WILL NOT stay there again!

Parking was safe. Room was extremely clean. Only complaint I would have is the pillows. They were flat and not enough of them on the bed. Full size refrigerator/freezer was certainly a plus and a surprise. Definitely a great place to stay!

The staff were super friendly. It was close to where I had my work meetings/training, so it was very convenient. The room seemed cleaned, but the towels were very old and worn out :). I used my own.

Neither of the 2 phones worked, so I had to call using my cell. The GFCI outlet in the bathroom wouldn't reset to use the hairdryer. The pillows were flat, and there were some unsavory-looking people living there and roaming around at night.

This is an inexpensive motel. We stayed here for the night before a cruise. Very pleased with the cleanliness and excellent condition the room was in. Breakfast is very simple - cereal and waffles. It is a great overnight stay before a cruise.

It was pretty clean but smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.

Toilet seat was broken in half, and the toilet itself not secure. I tried to fill the bathroom sink basin to shave, but that only caused the water to run out on the floor. Towels were threadbare and stained. Cars were racing back and forth outside very loudly. The check in lady seemed lost and confused, but I also never saw her again as the office was unoccupied when we came for the measly breakfast.

The towels were stained. The bed covers had burn holes in them. There was a roach in the bathroom. The toilet seat was dirty. There was no fire alarm where the fire alarm was supposed to be only wires hanging from the ceiling.

Easy to check in and also in leaving. Staff was very accommodating when next door room was playing loud music. They went to the room and no further issues. Older place but quite clean. Negative Breakfast was disappointing. Juice was my only option. They did have waffles which I am not fond about. Next door neighbor was quite loud but after a visit to office had no other problems. Walls are thin so noise will travel.

Rooms are always clean. I didn't like that they charge additional 20.00 dollars per pet per day. There breakfast looks old and stale. The remote for the tv didn’t work. The lady come from the front desk and got a nee remote from a different room. The dish tv did not work.
