Not hunting for a bathroom was nice. Not sleeping in my truck or in a shelter was nice.

I paid them on time for many weeks. I paid for Jan 30 through Feb 14 but they evicted me with no refund on Feb 10. Police were called. It was entirely disturbing and unpleasant.

The cleanliness and the one front desk clerk Lea was dressed in little bitty shorts that was not appropriate for dress code. The were smoking and dealing drugs out front of hotel. This is not a family friendly place

The worst stay in a Hotel I’ve ever had

When I arrived to check the room she gave me was a single bed and I reserved a double bed. Everywhere in the hotel smells like dog and the furniture is very outdated the photo online looks nothing like what’s in the room.

I didn’t even stay there! I was charged online booking and when I got there the property wanted to charge me again. Still waiting for the refund that I was promised.

The receptionist was on her phone with her friend texting and making personal calls. When I asked her questions she would continue having her conversation with her personal life. I travel long ways to enjoy a vacation from nursing school and hectic life and this is what I stumble upon. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. This place needs to ban phones for staff and start doing their job after all that is what they’re getting paid for.

I booked the room in advance and when we got there there was only 1 room left. When the clerk walked us to the room, the room was still dirty. So we walked back downstairs and had to cancel the booking and she stated that will will not be charged. But upon looking at my bank statement when we returned from vacation I noticed that we had an $89.26 charge. I need to know who I can speak to about this so I can get my money back

The location was good.

The sheets had stains. The walls needed to be painted. It was "sketchy" for a woman traveling alone. If I had not prepaid, I would have left just based on the check in desk.

The trash around the parking lot. The trash is littered all on the side of the trash container not inside the trash container. There is poop and urine of dogs on the grass, walkways. No benches to sit outside at all.

The Lady at the front desk was very nice!

Where should I begin? When we were checking in, we were asked if we wanted to see our rooms first, I didn't understand why until we got in the room. It was stated sale was final after paying. The photos on the website DO NOT REFELCT what reality truly is!!! Believe me, we looked at the website before going. We had 4 rooms total for my family. Three of the four rooms had live roaches in them. The kitchen sink in one room, flr 2, was off its hinge, smelled, had brown spots running down the wall and the tub was slimy and the vent was clogged above the shower. The smell on the 3rd floor was horrific and in the rooms. I had to go get my air fresher from my car to put in the room I was in, I was getting sick. The paint from the wall above the shower was peeling off into the shower, the vent was clogged above the shower, the kitchen area & microwave were filthy, (inside the fridge was surprisingly clean), and the bathroom tub was scary to get into too. Thankfully, I had Lysol wipes with me. Everything was wiped down from kitchen, bathroom, table and more. I had my Granddaughters with me and told them to not place their bags on the floor and to wear shoes at all times unless you are in the bed. There was mold around the windows in the other two rooms on the third floor along with the same issues with not feeling clean when you walk in a room. We were only going to be there for one night and not spend as much time there. Had we'd been there more than one night, I would have demanded our money back. Getting on and off the elevator, smelled like marijuana, not exactly what you want around your grand children. As far as that smell on the 3rd floor, I could not place my finger on it. I have no idea what it was. Three rooms on the third floor and two of my grand children were with their parents across the hall.

I did not like anything about the property.

The bathroom had mold above the ceiling. The walls were dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The property is definitely dated and could use upgrades. It was not worth what I paid for it.

The location, the stinch smell very disgusting smell of feces throughout the property, drug smoke, cigarette smoke, room being entered when i leave, constant harassment from other people on the property, stomping from neighbor above. Harassment throughout. It's a lot. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND

My stay at the springs

Ask you have to do is ask. I love that the washer and dryers had multiple ways to pay so there was no issue of front desk being closed for the night and unable to obtain quarters till early AM Incase your washing late because you need clothing in coming morning. By this I mean both washer and dryer accept quarters, tap to pay (with any device that has NFC functionally or physical card), also chip reader and classic swipe. Saved me a long trip to the gas station for an ATM to pull out money to turn around and hope the over night cashier will be able exchange cash4 good chunk of quarters.

Over booked if you want to stay an extra night and go down stairs day before check out your chances are probably 0. The side and back doors that access parking lot hiccup many times when attempting to read your key card getting back inside takes a few repetitive inserts to finally see that green light on reader light up.

Sorry experience with this place!!!!

First I had a confirmation number, but y'all didn't have me booked, Was told you didn't a room for me. So I ended up staying at Day's Inn which cost me more money for last minute booking. Y'all communication was definitely missing. Keep an eye out to see if y'all CHANGED me for a room I didn't stay in and y'all's mistake of not having a room for me. Was definitely not HAPPY!!!!

When I came into my room initially, there was a very funky smell and someone had left their uncooked frozen meal in the microwave. Also, the outside of the fridge was filthy with what looked like dirt all over it. The staff obviously did not do a good job cleaning and making sure all of the amenities were good for the next guest.

Key cards nor working. No shampoo or soap in the room. Had to wait 20 Mins at reception to get soap and shampoo. Place smelled foul, had a Marijuana and cigarettes smell around.

Middle of the night they checked us out on our first night and we had strange people opening our door while we were asleep. Which was terrifying. Our room was NOT Cleaned when we checked in so our “new room” was supposed to be ready but either was was dirty. Floors sticky and dirty.
