Room card keys would open door to get in building but took at least 10 minutes playing with the door handle trying to get it to unlock each time. Went to desk multiple times about the issue. The first time I went they sent the maintenance guy who went to the room and jiggled the handle and then said would be back to clean it but never returned. After that every time someone went up about it they would just reset the cards and say they should work and nothing else got done about it. On top of that there was a roach in the room and seen a mouse running down the hallway outside of our room.
