They accepted pet for free

Room had roaches, holes in the sheets, the room stank, they only cleaned the room once and I had to stay for 3 nights and could hear people in the next room like they were in my room.

Domestic fight with staff rude tried to charge my card when I denied the room poor customer service smell was unbearable

Not comfy bed, very small bathroom, and staff mixed up the rooms number. Had me went in room full of smoke of cigarette and had me went in room that was already occupied.

I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape. Friendly and awesome staff.

1st we arrived at 1am. we rang the bell, called out, and knocked on this other small door for about 1hr before the desk cleark came out hair all over his head. he was laying in the room sleeping. then the 1st room he put us in had no toilet seat and then infested with roaches. the other room had so many roaches as well we left beacuse we could never find anyone.

The room had human DNA on the toilet #2 to be exact. We woke up that morning roaches were everywhere table, microwave and in our luggage we ended up bringing these nasty things home because it got in our luggage. Hotel staff telling me I had to pay $101.00 again because Booking didn’t release funds to them I refused.

The pillows were very thin and the hot water in the sink didn’t get past lukewarm

The location is good, close to the interstate.

We had to wake up the front desk attendant and he was put out about it. The floor in the bathroom felt greasy and the table had one leg & was being held up off the refrigerator with a roll of toilet paper.

It was very nice overall. But the morning staff was knocking on my door at 9. When checkout isn't until 11 it was like they didn't want us there. I thought it was quite off putting. And they said I shouldn't have been in the room I was in they have certain places for pets. I didn't put myself there the night clerk did.

Convenient location for my needs. Clean rooms, responsive staff.

I prefer room with a bath. Other than that, it’s great.

There was a technical malfunction with our lock that cost us leaving all our belonging in our room overnight. The worker in the front desk told us that it was our fault. How am I supposed to be responsible for a lock that doesn’t work properly. She told us we had to pay for another room or wait until the morning for someone to come and fix the lock. My wife wanted to leave but I resisted and told her that we shouldn’t leave knowing we had all of our stuff: phones, wallet, and our bags in that room. I went back inside and told her it’s not fair for us to pay for a room, and then get locked out because we “ slammed the door” she stated. I know that I didn’t slammed it. But eventually she gave us another room to stay the night in. We had to wait till 10:00am to get back to our room. My wife had to miss work because the hotels locking sensors were not working properly. The room was alright for its price and area. I knew where I was at, and the quality of the hotel I should’ve expected. This is going to be the first and last time I come to this hotel. The worker had like some attitude or a rude expression on her face so she was something to deal with on top of the door not working and glitching out.

The price was great compared to others.

The bed was extremely hard, the room ac did NOT WORK. It was 78 degrees all night. The bed had others hair on the sheets/blanket. Loud. Hotel smelled of stale cigarettes and cleaner. One thin pillow did not help.

The property was clean. The staff was perfect. I love this place and I will return.
