Terrible smell, sketchy place! Don’t recommend

It smelled like mold so bad I woke up with a sore throat, my clothes stink. There was toilet paper in the peep hole and the chain lock was bent like someone kicked door in at one point. As I came out to leave for work there was a man in a truck coming from back side of building prowling. I will never stay here again.

This stay was a letdown, and I won’t be returning. Save your money and choose a cleaner place.

The only small positive was that, after requesting a replacement, I was given a clean, unburned blanket.

I had a thoroughly disappointing stay at this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Upon entering, I was immediately hit with a strange, chemical odor that persisted throughout my visit. The room was advertised as non-smoking, but it was clear that heavy smoking had occurred in the past. The walls were marred with yellowed stains, and in the bathroom, cigarette butts had been ground into the wall. The sheets and blanket provided were riddled with cigarette burn holes, which was both unsettling and unacceptable. Even more concerning, the smoke alarm had been dismounted, raising serious safety concerns. The room’s overall condition was bad. The walls were covered in stains, the furniture was scratched and worn, and the towels with visible stains. The unpainted, grimy doors added to the neglected, uninviting atmosphere. This place was nowhere near worth the price I paid. To make matters worse, I encountered few roaches and flies, which only heightened the sense of uncleanliness.

There was mold all over the bathroom ! Very dirty & very lazy with cleanliness. Once we saw all the mold in the bathroom we checked out ASAP. Only got 1 day worth of Money back.

I asked for a bathtub and itThere was some hair in it that I have to clean and when I turn the water on, I know it was rust, but it looked up like Blood and I had to let it run for a while. I knew what it was because I owned two hotels in the state of Maine you have to run the water periodically like once every two weeks or that will happen also it smelt so musty and I know that it’s because of the location humidity and of course you don’t want to run the air condition because the cost but the all the Lanning, including the pillows need to be washed And cleaned at least once a month if it’s not gonna be used the the room. The phone was not connected and if you didn’t have a cell phone and it was an emergency, you wouldn’t be able to contact anybody at least in the room. I stayed in 222. Pretty much everything needs to be wiped down with a good hot bleach solution walls baseboards every couple months at least if the room is used a lot then of course once you do it and the room is used then it’s easier to just do it instead of needing a bucket with bleach solution and a scrub Easier erase. The furniture is really old but if you give it a little Tender loving care little sandpaper a little stain and make sure it’s wiped down periodically if the room is not used and if it is used every time you clean it if it’s a stay over seven days. There was coffee, cream of sugar, but no coffee machine, but there was coffee in the office so I saw that.
