Short stay (one night) but we have stayed there before, and it was great!

No breakfast, a bit hard to get to due to construction (need a bigger sign to show where to turn into). Staff was great and met our needs with the ground floor room. The room was very clean and everything worked.

There were some very loud people in the have very late at night, banging on the walls and cursing and shouting, was actually somewhat frightening. The construction made it difficult to get in and out of so hope its done soon.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, clean.

I thought that breakfast was included; maybe I misunderstood. One simple coffee thermos in the lobby is not helpful. Also, the pool seems to be permanently out of service.

Don't waste your time at this property.

The best thing about this property was leaving the next day after we arrived. Melissa was great when we checked in.

The room location was in a separate building at the back of the property. The room was dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom after walking from one room to another. Bathroom not clean. Disgusting.

Need better housekeepers and don't advertise something that you don't have.

The room smelled straight like animal pee. I had to go to Walmart to buy some air freshener to cover the smell and sanitize and clean the room because it was dirty. There is no pool table and there is no place to eat like advertised. But other than that is was very spacious and we had no choice at the moment and the price is what we needed.

Location

We rent for one night ,we didn’t want to drive back home, 1 hr and half away. The staff was friendly but when we got to our room our room was dirty and used . The bed was not made and it literally looked like someone just left 5 minutes ago. We were shocked and disgusted to know that we even got a room like this. We drove back to front desk to let the lady know and she basically didn’t say much.She said “it shouldn’t have been acuppied “, never no sorry or what can I do make this situation better.We told her we were not staying here and she said “okay” the manager not here to give back the refund. We were very upset and had to drive back home.

The floors in the hallway had a horrible smell the jacuzzi tub doesn't work although I still got in it lol. Was bad just needs more TLC from the company and it's staff. Treat it like home!

Entrance friendly and nice, rooms okay, pool good, continental breakfast the Worse Ever!

Air condition worked and pillow cases looked clean.

Rooms not cleaned properly. There was an almost empty Pepsi in the fridge and an ice bucket with water in the fridge. The second night, the floors had not been swept. It looks like only the beds might have been made. Not a Continental Breakfast!! 2 cereals and toast with butter and jelly doesn’t cut it! No sweet bread or fruit of any kind. Apparently waffle machine also removed. Extremely disappointed!

A Cheaper alternative to high Galveston prices.

The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well.

Location would have been better were it not in a highway construction zone. Coming from Galveston the exit was under construction and I ended up well out of my way to get there.

well for one thing I didn't get the room I booked plus we I got there they told me it was first come first service. So they put me in a smoking room and the heater didn't work in the room so they came me a little portable heater and some spray to spray in the room cause it was smoker room.
