The hotel is strategically located, especially because it's accessible to several establishments at once. The room looked very nice, quite clean and tidy.

The receptionist didn't clock us in at the hotel and gave the same room to another family who tried to get in while we were resting. I find it disrespectful that these situations occur, especially since the receptionist already seemed tired, bored, and lacked customer service at the time of our check-in. This likely contributed to her inattention and the confusion. Fortunately, this happened when we were in the room, and our belongings weren't in any danger.

The best thing was by far the staff! Had 3 interactions with 3 different front desk associates and they were all exceptionally nice. I’m not sure of 2 of their names but I do remember Corey. Super friendly!

Our room had a horrible smell from the ac unit. It kind of smelled like mildew. Was disappointed in the breakfast. There was only sausage, waffles, biscuits, pastries. No eggs or bacon. I could see no bacon but no eggs was a little weird. We ended up going to get breakfast elsewhere although that’s mainly why I booked this room. There was also hair in our shower from two different people, I’m guessing it wasn’t rinsed out. The towels are also super thin.

Affordable, but lower level hotel with a upgraded lobby

There are soft spaces on the hallway floor outside rooms 227-231 and the pool was cloudy gross. The mattress had some sort of sticky syrupy type goo that leaked the the sheets- it was a clean bed at night, but in the morning, you could see multiple stains and my leg was stick :(

Pool was indoors so it was a little cold water. Hand held bar to walk into the pool need to be replaced. It was super wobbly so might be a hazard.

There were holes in the hall on the second floor where we stayed and I fell in one of them.

It was ok. We stayed on July 11. We cancelled our reservation way before the July 19 planned stay and were still charged.

They were not friendly at all. We asked if we could check in early and were told very rudely check starts at 3:00 and there was no interest in offering any other option.

That it was close to a lot of things

First off I didn’t like how you had to bring your dirty towels down to the front lobby to just get new ones and half the time they didn’t even have bath towels it was pool towels. Second off there was constantly people running down the halls and people jumping above us. Third is the bathroom door didn’t even shut all the way and there was stains all over the walls. And lastly they did not come in once to make our bed or anything

Lobby looked really nice

The facility has a really bad urine and mold odor in the rooms. Beds had something that looked like blood on the fitted sheet and top blanket. And when we ask housekeeping for new sheets and a blanket they told me I had to use the phone in our room to call the front desk. Then the phone in our room didn’t work.

2 rooms in a row, not cleaned...

It was a good location. Easy to access, the breakfast was fine for a continental.

THe first room we were in was not cleaned, there was pee all over the seat, crumbs (bbq chips I'm sure) on the floor, beer still in the fridge. We requested a new room, quickly checked the seat and fridge of new room and it was clean, so we quickly changed and headed to dinner and then the beach. Arrived back at about 11:30 to hop in showers and there was still someone's used soap in the shower! I bring lysol wipes with me, so I wiped everything down really quick and just prayed the sheets were changed.. We did find a long curly black hair in the bed, I have mid length straight as an arrow hair.. Told the manager the following morning, and she assured me the beds were changed as she herself stripped them down, so here's hoping. BUT because we booked through booking there was nothing she could do.

Fun Ford Weekend

When I arrived at the hotel my check was easy and quick with no hassle at all. I was in town for a Ford Event and I met a couple other people at the hotel and we all sat down and talked for a while with no problems from the staff. That's what I definitely liked about my stay here 😊 I'm planning another trip because my anniversary is coming up I'm definitely going to book here again. Thank you so much for making my stay in comfortable.

I have nothing bad to say about the La Quinta they are awesome 👌🏽
