Big Bed Good 👍

Went to sleep IMMEDIATELY and almost slept the day away if I didn't get up. Loved the king sized beds! Also, the front staff were really friendly and the rooms didn't smell like bleach or harsh chemicals.

Sadly, the pool wasn't open at the time. But I'll have to visit again when it is!

Need to take care of unfinished reno items before renting room. IE garbage collections outside door

Ok but needed a little more variety, better plates and perhaps ability to toast items. Only one waffle maker but need more.

Renovation not finished. Bathtub had big rust marks that need reglazing. No security lock on door and a worker walked into our room! TV not connected and way too complicated to use. 3" gap under the door to the outside so got s gecko into the room along with a very cold breeze.

Rooms were great. Good price

We were there 3 days and never did they clean the room or give fresh towels. We had 2 towels in the room and had to request more. One day they didn't bring the towels as requested until 1030pm. The trash was never cleared from the room either.

The negatives made it hard to see any positives.

The place was filthy. There was hair all over the tub. The bottom of the tub was also covered with some red gritty residue. There was no TV service just dead air. The internet didn’t work, and the staff didn’t answer the phone. Fortunately it was only a place to crash on the way through.

Property looks very decent and newly Renovated, beds are so comfortable. Gentleman in the front desk was so nice he offered us late checkout for free of cost I’ll definitely visit once again for sure!

Trashy, nasty hotel.

Not a single thing.

Everything was awful. * The room smelled wet and moldy. * The counter tops in the bathroom area and the nightstands were filthy. They had not been wiped down and were grimy and dirty. * There was toothpaste on the shower curtain. * There was hair in the bathroom. * The bedsheets on both beds had mystery stains that looked like they might have belonged in the bathroom. * There was an electrical socket hanging out of the wall. * The SECOND room they tried to put us in was also unclean. * There were cigarette stains on the sheets * This room ALSO had an odor. * When we complained, the desk clerk informed us that the room was "stained but clean." After being told the property would refund our money, we ended up staying at another hotel that night. Two weeks later, they still have not done so, and, when I called to get an update, I was hung up on several times. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was informed that "the room is under renovation" and that the employee working that night "suddenly quit". Interesting, but doesn't explain why the hotel can't honor its word. This property is terrible, and the staff have been amazingly unhelpful. Save your money and your sanity and stay somewhere else. The few bucks you might save here are just not worth it.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The picture shown are a lie. The property says it has a pool but it is drained and dirty. There are toilets sitting outside the rooms all the way around the property. I pull up where I parked is nothing but toilets and next to me my neighbor had drugs outside and it smelt like drugs. this property is unsafe.

The stay felt fresh and refreshing.

The room they gave me was brand new and beautiful. Service was great. Brand new clean sheets on both beds. Brand new appliances and brand new bathroom and mirror.

SCAM!!!!! These assholes took my money. The hotel isn’t even open for guests!!! When you arrive this place looks nothing like the pictures on the listing, toilets outside everywhere, doors with no locks, dumpsters, laundry cart out in the middle of the parking lot, broken windows, nobody on site to get money back from. Booking only wanted to offer $26.89 back outta damn near $100 and that was after I booked a different hotel! Assholes should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Absolutely, nothing about this place is ok. Do not stay here!

Windows were busted, sand in the beds, trash all over the stairs walkway and premises. The pool was green and had tons of trash in it. No flusher on the toilet dirty comforter. No reason this place is still open.

First of all we got there to check in and the gentleman tells us he has to charge us $40 dollars because of management remolding and new equipment but no one called us ahead of time because we was short on cash. After all we check in it smelled like smoked all around us and inside our room. It was hot in the room and the floor was not sweep. The bath tub needs fixing it was carved in the middle and there was no safety around it. My mom is disabled and she was having trouble getting in and out of the tub. The pillows were not comfortable either so we left early to check out because we wasn’t really satisfied at our staying.

Everything about the Inn! Holes, burns and stains on sheets. Horrible smell that air fresheners couldn't touch. Bathroom was a total disaster! Refrigerator was about 30 years old. Didn't even have the latch lock at the upper part of the door, no do not disturb sign to hang on the outer door handle so we had to instruct front desk to not enter our room at all! Dust so thick on headboard of the bed! People smoking marijuana everywhere on property and walked by one room several times and swear they were growing it in there with a dog that barked and growled every time we walked by!

When we checked in already paid, got to the room TV DID NOT WORK AC DID NOT WORK. I called the front desk he said he couldn't move me rooms, or do refund. Needs Makeover Badly

Staff and check in was good. Room smelled nice and everything worked inside of the room. It had a refrigerator and microwave.

The room needs a desperate make over! PAINT on walls were bubbled all over. And Crack in ceiling and hole in walls. Bedspread looked dirty as well as sheets. No coffee maker.

The stay was good for the value and what we paid. The location was right next to grocery stores and convenience stores.

The rooms could have been a little more up-to-date. But all in all the value and price met my expectations

Staff was great and it wasn’t to far from Galveston the price was reasonable and overall it was a great choice.

The lady at the front desk was very kind and we even stayed a second night. She showed great work ethic and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. I wish I remembered her name but she was on top of things!
