Was wonderful to feel safe and comfortable.

I have stayed here several times, it's always clean. The only thing I would change is the coffee. They need a larger pot, and easier access.

Great stay

The hotel cost was a great value. The hotel was also set in a good location. I had easy access to a few shops and grocery stores. Antoine and Tony were very nice.

Not a big selection for breakfast. Everything else was nice. When we ran out of soap, Antoine helped us. I have no real complaints. We were comfortable.

Good hotel.

The beds were comfortable and shower was fabulous. Temperature in room was great. Liked having a desk and sitting area. Both room and bathroom were of good size.

Coffee maker in the room leaked and breakfast was ok. No regular oatmeal for me to eat. Maybe consider people with food allergies like wheat and citric acid. There was a smell when we first walked in. Maybe a filter change would help that.

The gentleman at the check-in desk was pleasant and helpful -- gave us some tips on where to eat dinner. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and filling.

Only thing I did like was the pool. My nephew had fun swimming

As soon as a you walk in front lobby it smells like mildew. Then when we got to our room the smells was intensified by ten. It felt wet and muggy. In addition, the beds were not very comfortable either.

Nice day stay

I liked the location close to family. The rooms were big the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The pool was open but it was a little dirty. I didn't like that 100 dollars was taken as a deposit for incidents. I had paid for my room beforehand. I wouldn't of minded my card number being taken in case of but it was actually charged and put on hold. My room key wouldn't work and the door kept ringing all night like some one was at the door.

I didn’t like when I came in no one greeted me in the front to check in I had to get someone attention to check in. Also a deposit of 100? It didn’t say that when I was booking? Please put that on the website when people are booking and PAID already. That ticked me off

My son and I enjoy using the exercise equipment in hotels when we travel, the equipment here didn’t appeal to us here so we passed on our workout. Needs an upgrade on equipment. I also didn’t like the fact that I used the lobby men’s restroom, I held the door open and locked it so I could confirm that it would be locked while I took care of business, it did lock properly while I performed this test but the moment I sat down thinking it was locked a man opened the door and I was so shocked that this happened I got very upset , thankfully we were checking out and leaving. I was hoping to get this opportunity to leave a comment on this experience in a review. Terrible, hopefully the lock has been replaced.

I was charged for two rooms and only stayed on one i accidentally booked two rooms and told the location upon arrival I was told by the front counter they could fix it the next morning when I went down stairs the next morning I was told it was not their problem and i just had to deal with getting charged for both

before i booked the reservation i asked is this the Best Western Texas City I45 next to Gringo's Restaurant they said yes. When reached there i got to know this was not the place i wanted to be, i requested them to cancel my reservation but they did not agree to it. after i checked in the room smelled moldy. the staff was very rude. worst management.

Property was good. Staff was ok. Location great. We checked for bed bugs on mattress on our bed but did not check granddaughter bed. Next day she had a lot of bites on her.
