Made me think of the "Bad Dope Days"

Close to the event I needed to attend.

Room 135, dark, neither light next to bed worked or did the electrical plugs under those lights. There were several cock roaches. The breakfast was all taken by other guest. So no free breakfast for me.

Not a place to stay if you want to feel comfortable and safe.

The staff was nice, friendly and tried to help. The other guests at breakfast were also pleasant. There were families which was reassuring along with workers staying there.

The TV in the room would not work and staff could not get it to work. Moved me to another room, TV came on but could not get any stations and staff did not know how to fix it. I found out every time TV turned of it reset source and so had to be set up again each time it was turned on. When I got to the room there were at least 8 roaches running around the room. There was a refrigerator, but it was turned around facing the desk so you could not get into it. When I woke up the next morning there was another roach in bed with me an a dozen more running around the room that I had not killed the night before. I was alarmed when I checked in but was tired and didn't want to search for another place. Because of how bad it was I became concerned about safety, but after interacting with the staff and some other guests I was a little more secure.

Breakfast was ok, location was good.

Place was being remodel, great but was put in a room that was dirty, had roaches, floors were not swept or mopped, there was someone else’s hair on the shower walls and red stain on one of the comforters. Definitely not what the website portrayed it to be. Was very disappointed in our stay.

The pictures online did not match the property in person. we got there and there was hair on both the beds, which were promptly changed, just very unimpressed. TVs didn’t work due to no signal. glad it was only a 1 night stay and definitely wouldn’t be back

Very, very horrible

I only stay for an hour. My TV didn’t work. My shower was backed up and none of the outlets work so again I stayed one hour and I told the staff about it. They look like they were surprised, even though the guy came to my room shortly after I told him that my TV wasn’t working so he figure out that the TV wasn’t working and that was it I had to do it. I prefer a refund again only stayed there an hour.
