Overall nice but need to fix locks on bathroom doors

The hotel was lovely, however, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work. We complained three times about it. Each time they attempted to fix it, but they didn’t. They provided us with Dyson fans which was a plus. But there was no communications to update us. The staff were very apathetic to our requests. But overall, a nice stay. Good food and the spa facilities were great.

Food very good - evening and breakfast
Car park was quite full when we arrived early eve.
Bar was surprisingly good for a health spa etc.
Great draught beer, wine, cocktails -and not overpriced for such a lovely establishment!
Really enjoyed- cheers!!
