Excellent breakfast . Great location . Comfy bed .
Bedroom window cannot be fully closed , so having air draft at night when there was rain . Bathroom really very small with some struggle using the water basin/tap .

Cosy quirky bed and breakfast. Made a change to sit with other guests at breakfast, felt homely. Fresh coffee at breakfast was great. Good breakfast cooked perfectly. Working farm with horses. Not far from marina where food and drinks are very reasonably priced and portions massive!
A bit too warm and no fan available. It was the hottest day of the year though. Quirky shower / toilet in cupboard fine with me and my wife but some people might be picky.

Friendly owners, literally like being invited into their home. Good breakfast.
The quadruple room is actually two separate rooms: one for the children, one for us. Both have locks, but clearly can’t lock the children in, so had to leave the door open overnight. Would have felt uncomfortable doing this if there were other guests staying, which thankfully there weren’t.
