Convenient hotel for one night stay to visit theatre.

Excellent location for the theatre. Room clean, bed comfortable, refrigerator in room. Warm welcome, managed to get a space in the very small car park. Good evening meal with vegetarian choices. Quiet room, nice touches with biscuits, mints, sweets and water.

Breakfast service very slow, grumpy waiter, porridge inedible, cooked breakfast lacked flavour. If you are not lucky enough to get in the very small car park it would mean parking in a pay and display car park. The décor is dated.

A classic hotel with friendly service and an outstanding breakfast!

Very central and well situated, classic hotel with excellent friendly service, clean and fresh decor and a nice bar with a good selection of drinks. The bedroom was a good size with all the usual amenities and nice and peaceful too. The bathroom was bright, clean and a good size with a full bathtub, double height shower and heated towel rail. But the star of the show was the "build your own breakfast" which was superb, created with local quality produce, cooked to perfection, served with great coffee topped off with attentive and cheerful service. Highly recommended. I will be back.

An excellent property, in a superb location with ample parking in a very beautiful part of England. The rooms are excellent, very clean & well appointed with everything you would expect. Most importantly the staff are brilliant, very attentive & you are made to feel like a welcomed guest.

A hotel that welcomes you in with genuine hospitality

I think the fact that I have returned to this hotel 3 times this year (taking different sets of friends) says it all! It is a lovely family run hotel with staff that truly seem to do everything to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. The breakfasts are great - none of your buffet nonsense - delicious food to set you up for the day. I would also recommend their dinner menu. Great location close to the shops as well.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay

The location was excellent within easy walking distance to shops Cathedral, Park and Pubs/ Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice,the only downside was that last sitting was 9am a little early when you’re on holiday!! The hotel has plenty of character and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had one evening meal which was delicious. We would stay again at this hotel and would highly recommend

The perfect place to explore and relax

The hotel was very traditional and centrally located. The room was very spacious , clean and tastefully decorated. All staff were very friendly especially Becky on reception. Wide choice for breakfasts and evening meals.

Apron our arrival the car park was blocked by a traffic cone,I had to ask my partner to exit the car and remove the cone which is on possibly the busiest streets in Malvern We checked in and was confronted by an extremely obnoxious gentleman who looked down on us as we were not the sort of clientele that should be staying in a £200 a night accommodation,l introduced my partner and myself by our Christian names only to be informed they were not on a first name basis,which was very unfriendly . I then explained my sister would be arriving shortly and when she turned up he had moved the traffic cone back blocking the entrance to the car park again The room was so hot due to the weather,l would have anticipated a portable air conditioner provided,there appeared to be a wall mounted unit in the dining area but he said he might be contemplating it the future to the bedrooms,on reflection we proberbly should have stayed at the premier inn in all fairness where the staff are friendly and the rooms have air conditioning
