    Hotel was lovely , perfect location but room looked nothing like the image against the booking. Speaking to one of the staff it was awaiting refurbishment! Dissapointed with the room but staff and hotel were very good .

    Great location and staff extremely friendly. Room facilities included coffee machine, kettle and iron. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. exceptional views of the Malvern Hills. I would definitely recommend staying at the Abbey

    It’s OK - I got a basic room. Decor is a little dated. It looks more grand from the outside than what actually lies within. Not bad not memorable.

    A beautiful building but let down by decades of no investment. Outdated furniture, decor and class leaves one with thinking how it should be not what it is.
