Did our Xmas shopping and then enjoyed the log fire in the lounge.

We have stayed at The Feathers before but this time we opted for the ‘Cottage’. This was a lovely little place on two floors….felt like ‘home’ for a couple of nights. I would recommend it. We like the fact that The Feathers does NOT change too much from visit to visit….please don’t tinker with it.

Tiny thing, but the Wifi in The Cottage did not in fact connect to the internet…I don’t know why. The 3 bars came up ok but no server could be found. However, we could still use the internet from the hotel itself.

The decoration of the bedrooms, comfortable beds & bathrooms. Nice breakfasts & usually efficient but friendly staff.

One or two of the staff were not as friendly/ efficient as the others at this property.

The Nell Gwynne room again for our second stay at The Feathers. Wonderful old hotel. Great food and wine for dinner. Very pleasant staff.

Short one night stay fort work, my partner joined me and spent the day in Ledbury which she enjoyed.

Room was nice, the property has a lot of character and is in a great location. We had dinner and it was excellent.

All was good, I state the facilities as neutral but this is only because it doesn't have facilities (e.g. gym, pool etc) but then we did not expect that from this property - we were very happy.

Nice overnight stay whilst attending near by wedding . Perfected our experience.

Service - there was no receptionist and no service for dinner in the garden although the cost was exactly the same as dinner in the dining room. Getting to the carpark was a nightmare, compounded by confusing directions given by the staff

Hotel is lovely. Super rooms and restaurant food was great! Staff all very busy but still able to take time to help, chat.

Having a room at the front of the hotel you are on the main road and road noise was busy but that wasn't the hotels fault. The weather was warm and we needed a window open

We have stayed here before and will undoubtably stay again, proving we have enjoyed our stays.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and of a good quality. The dinner menu was not extensive but again the food was of good quality, but a little expensive. The room was lovely, a good size and very comfortable.

The shower was over the bath, which is apparently the same in all of the rooms. I believe that the hotel are creating new rooms which will have walk in showers.

Very comfortable, clean room with large bed. Quiet. Car parking right next to the building, although the entrance is a little tight. Good location to walk out into the town. Tip - The painted room is well worth a visit, and you can ask them to show you inside the market hall :-)

A beautiful room and smooth booking in. Right in the middle of the town! Beautiful!!

The breakfast was disappointing. We had to go up to the desk twice to ask for someone to take our order, then twice a member of staff came up to check what we had ordered! The food was not that tasty which was a shame!

Plenty of historical character all around the Feathers property. Much what we liked.

Access to car park was extremely narrow only inches to spar driving through was very dangerous for driver and pedestrians. For the price paid breakfast should have been included.

The restaurant was very good, light, airy and very comfortable. However after finishing our main dish I was asked if I wanted to see the dessert menu, after saying yes we didn’t get the menu so after 5 minutes I asked another member of staff for the menu, again it didn’t arrive so I approached another staff member for the menu again no menu so we decided to leave.

The room wasn’t a big as I expected, the windows couldn’t be opened and the fan in the room fell apart when turned on this led to a very uncomfortable sleep. When I reported the fan being a danger to guests when settling the bill I had the feeling that nothing much would be done about it.

Nice historical building, good location the the centre of the town. Good decor, good choice of breakfast and staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful.Room and bathroom very ckeab. Nice touch to have a treat and dog bowl

Very htight entrance to car park. Reception on arrival so-so. "Information is on an info sheet in the room'". I prefer some info to begiven at check in and can then refer to thesheet if necessary. Room and bathroom. were smaller than expected from a superior room and did not quite match website photos. Bed sagged to the size and very hard pillows

We have stayed here multiple times and find it a very convenient location, comfortable and friendly.

The food! I'm afraid the quality of the food was not as good as previous visits. There appeared to be a propensity to overcook fish.

Being on the 2nd floor, however room and bed were delightful. The breakfast quality was okay, however, the size of the actual breakfast plates were huge!

Lovely building & great staff & service

Lovely building. Beautifully decorated. Great service. Lovely evening meal and great breakfast. Staff were all lovely and professional. NB: Dog friendly but no grass area anywhere. If you go through archway at rear takes you into another car park where there is a bit of a grass area.

Late booking so had room to front. Lot of traffic noise which we’re just not used to. It is in the High Street so to be expected. Window was double glazed.
