    Lovely historic building full of character. Good facilities including bar, lounge and restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

    Hotel room was super , great size and immaculate. The restaurant food was very good but unfortunately the waiter started clearing unused tables in the restaurant at 20.30 and setting out for morning breakfast. Also turned off table lights. Totally changed the atmosphere. Also, the discretionary service charge was also added to drinks even though the menu specifically said that it was added to the food bill only. Pity.

    A lovely old historic hotel right in the centre of Ledbury with parking, and attractive rooms. Lots of cosy nooks and armchairs to sit in for morning coffee or evening drinks, and a good restaurant. Lots of character and very popular with locals and travellers.

    What a beautiful hotel. Fantastic staff and wonderful food. Our room was magnificent. We were upgraded for free. Had such a great evening and overnight stay. Thank you.
