Lovely old coach house but we appointed.
We did do dinner and breakfast which were both good.
Prices in the restaurant were as expected these days but very nice
We do plan to return and stay again later in the year to explore the area more as this was a flying visit
The car park while free to use with limited spaces has a very tight archway entrance but as long as you are confident, negotiable. There is a public car park very close by if you are less confident

Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of character. Probably one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. Duty managers at either end of the stay were very friendly and professional, thank you Chloe and Charlotte.
Dinner was well below the standard expected. Having reserved a table, we were ignored by no less than 5 staff who were more interested in talking amongst themselves than attending to their guests. Then, eventually "are you guys here for alcohol?". We weren't offered a wine list, then bizarrely one of the staff came over and asked if we wanted chunky or thin chips (we hadn't ordered any chips!). While my meal was good, my wife's was poor at best. To cap what had been a sorry and disappointing dining experience, the staff added a 10% service charge themselves. What service would that have been then? The one member of staff was clearly in a bad mood, banging the cutlery and plates around rather than laying a place setting for the next diners. There were only three parties dining so they couldn't use the excuse of being busy. Not good enough.
