Lovely room, tastefully decorated, very clean. Bed was wonderfully comfy. Only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer. Good breakfast, served very quickly. Nothing to not like.
Parking a bit difficult when hotel full.

We really liked the hotel. The staff, service and food were excellent. Easy parking plus the hotel is located in a little village with all basic amenities.
Hotel bedrooms & bathrooms are ready for a refurbishment. Probably a room at the back of the hotel would be my choice next time.

Great location with train station for easy access to Great Malvern and Ledbury.
Nice bar and restaurant
Good food and friendly service.
The room was quite grubby
The bathroom blind was really mouldy and the bathroom not at all clean.
The shower was very weak
No wardrobe and limited storage.
