A very convenient place to stay on the way back to the Channel Tunnel. The rooms are comfortable with an ingenious bathroom “pod” similar to what you may find in Ferry cabin or Campervan. On street parking, in BLUE parking bays (Parking Bleu) from 18:00 is free until 09:00 and between 12:30 & 14:00. One and a half hours free parking is also allowed if you purchase a “Parking Disque” from the Bookshop close by. Secure Parking IS an available on request but I understand there are very few spaces, I think 3(?). Breakfast has a nice selection including boil it yourself eggs! The number 4 bus will take you from the station to the City on the hill or it is approximately 5 minutes by car. The Cathedral and Medieval streets are interesting with a LOT of history and there are nice places to eat, including the hotel opposite the Cathedral.

This is a small hotel, centrally placed close to the train station. The room was compact but spotlessly clean. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental with a good choice and fresh. Limited time street parking is outside the hotel (but unlimited overnight)

The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere - bed was super comfy and shutters make the room totally dark so sleeping was easy - very quiet despite being near the railway- parking is very secure and car stays cool in the garage - staff very friendly and helpful - breakfast was lovely.

A very clean and well quipt hotel situated in a love location just walking distance from Laon cathedral. AC in rooms.The staff is lovely and very friendly. We'd definitely come back to this hotel again.

We had a warm welcome to this hotel and despite an initial worry about its location, found it quiet at night. The rooms are clean and attractive - all we needed for a night’s stay. It’s a climb up to the lovely old town but well worth it . We would stay here again.

A perfect one night stay. Immaculately clean and a short (uphill!) walk up to Cathedral, old town and restaurants. Excellent garage and 6.30am breakfast if an early start is needed. Cannot fault anything - thank you very much 🙏

Perfectly suitable for a one or two night stop. Parking in front of hotel, paid for from 09:00 but that wouldn't matter for one night with an early-ish start. Fast food joint down stairs so youngsters hanging around but they were no problem and the car was safe. A drive from the medieval town - otherwise a very stiff walk up steep steps.
