Upon check-in I had to submit my e-mail address for tickets but never received anything. Room was a bit small but OK and with a great view. Restaurant terrace and view excellent. Received a nice token birthday gift which was thoughtful. Staff members were all very friendly. Second night, someone in the neighborhood was blasting loud music all night, which cut into sleeping time. That was unfortunate. Overall, our stay was good.

Not easy to find but the location once there is great the view breathtaking would go back Beautiful breakfast sitting in the garden view of lake great choices . Reception service very nice people some speak English .Parking no problem right next to Hotel. If you need to go to ferry you can go down the steps for a beautiful walk

Horrible smell of the plastic carpet (or the glue below the carpet) in the family room. The view from the room was fantastic, and the pool area as well, however unfortunately the smell of the room remains our main memory of this stay.

The welcome reception was fast and friendly. The hotel itself was essentially a dorm. The hallways smelled as did the room. Although the room looked clean, it was small, had an old, small TV, and a tiny shower with two walls and an old school shower curtain that went around to cover the rest of it. No amenities except soap. When I asked for extra towels, the response was one of disbelief. Wasn't there a set of towels already in the room? On the flip side, the view from the balcony was spectacular! And the staff were nice and helpful. Couldn't stay in the room so paid to upgrade to a suite which was much better (and three times the size!). Also, no smell in the room! Still a fantastic view though :)
