Beautiful location!

A great place to spend some quality family time. The pool was excellent, exploring the extensive grounds, playing huge chess and mini-golf... The breakfast was outstanding. The view from our room was brilliant - watching epic storms come down the valley was a highlight. It was very family friendly.

It wasn't super hot when we were there, but even then air conditioning would have been very welcome. The fan in the room helped, but it was still uncomfortably warm at night. The shower was a bit on the small side.

The room didn’t have any extra amenities such as water boiler nor coffee machines (or not even soluble coffee)! Would have been great to have that for tea or coffee!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful view. But a shame that the aircon didnt work.

The view is absolutely amazing and the area is very clean. Friendly staff.

The aircondition did not work properly and couldnt cool our room at all. The parking fee was a little expensive. On top of this you have to pay extra for a coffeemashine (standard hotel equipment), if you for example want to play minigolf etc.

Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Views and Exceptional Pet-Friendly Services !!

It was a wonderful experience overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment and an outstanding view. The staff were amiable and attentive, making our stay very enjoyable. We also loved the swimming pool, the restaurant, & the kids' corner ... One of the standout features was how pet-friendly the hotel was. They provided a gift and treats for our dog and even offered dog-sitting services for our puppy, which was a fantastic convenience.

The bathroom was quite small, especially for a room designed for four people. While it didn’t significantly detract from our stay, a larger bathroom would certainly enhance the comfort for guests.

Hotel is great, good outdoors space and amazing view over the lake

The outdoors space of the hotel are really nice, a lot of activities and areas to enjoy. The restaurant was great for dinner, good variety and good service. View of the lake is amazing.

The rooms are a bit small for the price charged. Also for this price makes no sense to pay breakfast and parking separately. 25chf per person for breakfast not worth it.

Super Aufenthalt mit kleinem Nachgeschmack

Grandiose Aussicht, Frühstück war super, alles was dein Herz begehrt und auf dem Sitzplatz an der Sonne war das Frühstück nomals doppelt so gut. Im Garten überall Sitzgelegenheiten. Ruhige Plätze.

Beim Nachtessen wollte uns der Chef de Service auf dem Sitzplatz kein Nachtessen servieren obwohl andere Familien bedient wurden. Es sei die Philosophie des Hauses. Schade! Wir haben in einem anderen Restaurant ein Nachtessen eingenommen.
