It was an excellent stay

Property has a very good location in front of Lake Maggira. From me at your room, you have a small balcony, which looks over the lake.

Thomas, who is the owner of hotel is a very good host. We weren’t allowed to use breakfast area to have local cheese, wine, and snack.

We spent one night here and wish we had booked longer!

The room was fantastic, with a shared terrace overlooking Lago Maggiore. Free parking a definite bonus, as was the breakfast which we were able to eat at our terrace table. Hotel staff/owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Nice place to stay when visiting Ascona, Locarno or Valle Verzasca

Comfortable and well equipped room with a big terrace. Nice buffet breakfast. Welcoming and diligent reception staff. Parking for free.

Cleaning staff very noisy too early in the morning (7.50 am) and they came into the room while we were still in two days in a row, Internet connection not working well (at least in my room), somehow noisy during night due to the road proximity, room blinds take so much time to go up / down.

Friendly and comfortable

The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was really superb, especially the fresh eggs and variety of bread and coffee available. It can be taken outside in good weather. For a single room, which I stayed in, the bed is very spacious and everything is immaculate and comfortable. Having a private outdoor space to sit in the sun was great. Also, snacks and drinks are available to self-serve as desired (cost added to the room bill), which is very convenient.

It is right by the road, so there can be a bit of vehicle noise when the doors/windows are open.

Phenomenal balcony views for good prices!

Rooms were clean, we stayed on the 4th floor and had phenomenal views from our balconies, staff was friendly and free, roofed parking!

There was no water-cooker in the room but this should not decrease the rating.

Lage direkt am See. Preislich für den Komfort teuer, aber halt Schweiz. Frühstück gut, Inhaber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Komfort eher mittelmäßig. Betten mäßig bequem. Man sollte nicht direkt aus Italien kommen, dann schrecken die Schweizer Preise ab.

Das Zimmer mit Sicht auf Lago war sehr schön,grosser Balkon mit Morgensonne !!!Frühstück mit allem was es braucht,Bedienung durch das Besitzerpaar sehr,sehr freundlich jeden Morgen.Originelle Einrichtung mit Sitzplatz"Grotto"draussen mit Koiteich,Abends ist ein Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung zur Selbstbedienung. Preislich sicher sehr korrekt für alle Altersklassen.Wir kommen wieder,daher:freundliche Grüsse und bis bald,R.&I.Wenker,BE-CH

Sehr gute Unterkunft mit einer klaren Weiterempfehlung.

Die Pension war für mich als alleine Reisender Motorrad Fahrer ideal. Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Einweisung und nützlichen Tipps. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der Ausblick auf den Lago vom Balkon war phänomenal. Das Frühstück war umfangreich in einem geschmackvoll gestalteten Raum mit einem sehr guten Kaffee.
