    Not cheap, but not expensive for the location. Really really close to Paddington station and Hyde park. Nice enough room, clean but dated. Tea and coffee facilities, shampoo etc, plenty of toilet roll! Friendly staff. You leave the key when you go out, which is actually preferable as it's heavy and they know exactly who is coming in and out. To be honest I would stay again, but did not like the wooden door between our room and the next door room - luckily we had quiet neighbours, but there is no soundproofing - or noise privacy - at all from the corridor or neighbouring rooms.

    Great location and wonderful staff. Only issue was very weak water pressure in shower and had to wait 5 minutes for hot water to emerge from shower head.

    Great welcome from Kate at reception. Hotel staff are pleasant but Kate is professional, friendly with a great sense oh humour !
