    The location is excellent, right next to Paddington Station, making it very convenient for transportation. However, my main concern was the shortage of staff, which made it difficult to get assistance from the bellboys during both check-in and check-out. Additionally, my room was located in an adjoining building, which was inconvenient and made the overall experience less comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bathtub drainage was clogged, indicating that some maintenance is required. The breakfast was good, but I would recommend arriving early, preferably before 8:30 AM, to enjoy it comfortably, as it can get quite busy later. Overall, the hotel has an excellent location and good rooms, but improvements in staffing, maintenance, and guest convenience would make the experience much better.

    My long weekend stay was excellent. The executive room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent - great choice and very tasty. The hotel is very well located and very close to transport links.
