    Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering the standard we expected. First, the room we were given looked as though it had been abandoned since Christmas. We checked in in the middle of August, yet the complimentary biscuits provided in the room were still in Christmas packaging. The room was also noticeably dirty and did not feel properly prepared for new guests. The issues continued with the kettle. When we tried to use it, the water came out completely cloudy and almost white, which made us uncomfortable using it at all. The bathroom was even more concerning. When we opened the toilet seat, we were shocked to find visible urine and number 2 stains on the seat. This was extremely unhygienic and honestly disgusting. On top of that, the toilet flush was not working properly . We had to flush it twice in order to stop the flushing . There were also several basic amenities missing from the room. There was no weighing scale in the bathroom, and when we asked about one, we were told that they only had a luggage scale that could be delivered within 20 minutes. More importantly, several basic essentials were simply not provided. We repeatedly had to call housekeeping or reception to request items such as tissues, drinking water, and slippers. They did not even provide bathrobes in the room. Overall, the room did not feel properly inspected, cleaned, or prepared before our arrival. For a hotel of this standard, these are not minor inconveniences. Basic cleanliness, functioning bathroom facilities, and essential room amenities should be the minimum expectation
