Guys on the front desk where really nice, l liked our room

We booked breakfast for 930, when we went down there it was packed and nowhere to sit so we didn't have any breakfast.

Great location, nice friendly staff

No air conditioning, third floor room extremely hot. TV picture buffered all the time. Small choice for breakfast.

Reception were so kind and informative. The room was very clean and exceptionally comfortable, so close to Hyde park and all amenities. Breakfast was lovely

Breakfast was timed, and people were left waiting at reception.Having an 18-month-old, we need time. We were called to leave, and I hadn't finished my coffee. Chapter room. After paying for the room they told me that the room is on the fourth floor without an elevator and with stairs like those of a 19th century hotel. Beyond that, the room was inadequate for three people, including a child. It was too small. It served as a lesson for me. There are many similar hotels in this area, but you need to check each one carefully. The prices of these "hotels" must be controlled by an appropriate authority.
