Breakfast was OK. Staff was very helpful.
Everything was as expected for the price. Be aware that this is NOT a luxury hotel. Be prepared for a climb up to your room - not fun with a heavy suitcase, and the upper rooms were VERY hot during the heatwave, but there was an oscillating fan so it was bearable. The breakfasts were a bit oily.

Perfect location. Balcony was lovely- room was clean and airy. Parking a bonus and really helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast not great. We stayed two nights and didn’t have breakfast second time.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Paddington Tube station and several bus stops. There are also a few pubs and restaurants nearby. The room and breakfast were not very impressive, but overall, you get what you pay for.
There is no lift, so if your room is on the top floor, be prepared for a difficult climb up the narrow stairs. The toilet and shower are very small, and the plumbing is quite noisy. There is also no residents’ bar in the hotel.
