Excellent location- friendly staff - cooked breakfast was superb

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately I fell on the way back to the hotel so didn't try the breakfast. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A working fridge was a nice addition and the television was small but a good selection of channels. Close to bars, food outlets, Paddington underground and overground stations.
No way they can change it but 5 flights of stairs were a bit hard for a 69 year old 22 stone man. For me the toilet/ shower were a bit on the small side.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Kevin is an absolute gem. He got us checked in and gave us all sorts is helpful information. Our room was clean and comfortable and spacious enough for us.
My only hiccup was initially getting to the hotel from the station. I didn’t know what exit to use, so what should have been a short walk was confusing because of blocked roads. I could have easily remedied this by calling the desk for info. FYI - don’t exit by the canal.

It was the weekend of 38C and there is no air conditioning, only a very small fan moving the fug around and I was under the roof tiles. It was probably over 40C in there.
No lift, I was on the 4th floor under the roof in 38C. No AC.
