Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location great for Paddington station. The hotel and rooms are of high standard and rooms are very modern with coffee tables tea facilities and chilled water.
My only thing that wasn’t great are the size of the rooms. No floor space for luggage and limited wardrobe space. You literally have to shimmy around the bed to move around and enter the bathroom. No problem for a night or 2 but you might struggle for longer.

Really convenient to paddington station and hyde park - simple, no fuss checkin and comfortable, clean room - would stay again.
nothing - all good.

We stayed here for 6 days with our 5 year old daughter. They gave us a lovely room with windows and sunlight. Rooms are super clean, breakfast is must try and staff is very friendly and helping. Especially would like to thank Viraj at the front desk for his helping us settle comfortably.
