    My wife and I were looking for a reasonable overnight stay near Paddington Station as a stopover close to the Heathrow Express. This hotel was perfectly located a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station. It was clean and the room was comfortable if compact. The staff were great and checkin and out was easy. On arrival we were given a voucher for a free drink each at a pub they owned around the corner which was a pleasant surprise, the pub was also very nice though doesn't do food. There are a number of food places close however so not a problem. The best surprise was the breakfast. A great breakfast in a spacious area abd the staff in there were very, very good. Certainly great for a night or two but might be a bit cosy for any longer.

    This hotel was clean .staff 24 hours .in a nice area with families .and people walking dogs very friendly place ..paddington station just round corner ..breakfast was good .lovely clean restaurant .staff cleaning tables as soon as you were finished .. I was offered 2 different rooms .one was downstairs double .with gorgeous shower .the other was ground floor single with very small bathroom .I chose the ground floor one .it was ok for my one night stay bed lovely and clean had a good night's sleep

    I want to share my negative experience with the hotel staff. Initially, we had been given a renovated room by the lady at the front desk without any additional charge, but the last was another receptionist who asked for a surcharge 15 GBP per night. The next day, I had a complaint to the manager, who even increased the price to 20 GBP per night instead. Upon complaint that there is no working ventilation fan in the bathroom, the answer was that the exhaust fans in all bathrooms in the hotel are not functioning. Due to a lack of ventilation, the hotel room has a musty smell, likely due to mold. The room is very tiny, outdated, and very basic. The only acceptable thing during our 4-night stay was the breakfast. Will never stay in this hotel again and will not recommend using their services.
