I had booked this place having been so close to Paddington station. However the rest of the stay wasn’t exactly ideal, and am glad I had only booked it for one night. There is a lift (which fits barely one person and a large suitcase), however it only goes to the 2nd floor, after that it’s narrow stairs to haul your luggage up. The small single was definitely small, there was space to walk in and that was it. The bed was a step away and if I turned to my left there was the bathroom/toilet (the sliding door to separate the bathroom from bedroom was jarred). To my right a hanging space with a mini fridge that wasn’t very cold. There are no key cards to the rooms just a pin pad which reception give you the PIN number. I was able to get inside initially, but when I returned from dinner the pin no longer worked, and had to return to reception to get a new pin . My room was above the elevator so I heard everyone coming and going with the announcement of the floor and walking up and down the stairs. I could also hear the murmuring of my neighbouring room. It definitely is just a one or two night stay, and if you need quick access to the station.

Good location to many eateries & 3mins walk to transportation station. Many nice local bakeries around. Many hotels around the neighbourhood, Old English- Styled small hotels . We preferred staying at Paddington rather than Victoria station.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was walking distance to Paddington station and accessible bus stops. The room, though small, was well kept. Came here during the heat wave and airconditioning was a lifesaver! Only downside is the hotel's elevator is only up until 2nd floor. You'd need stairs to get to the upper floors -- a challenge for travelers with luggages.

Extremely small room. Bathroom was a cut-in beside the bed and door didn't close tightly. Lighting features were odd and shut off frequently. There were only two outlets accessible and the coffee/tea pots were across the room from those outlets. Room was really suitable for one person, not two. Staff was cordial but not terribly helpful.
