The Voyage Hotel Paddington

Ridiculously overpriced for the quality and type of room. Location was okay, but for solo travel, I didn’t feel the safest. The staff was not very helpful, and the room description was not accurate. The lift was not working, had to take luggage up many flights of unsafe stairs. Random spots on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean and tidy room

We asked for twin beds and were not informed that there were no twin bedrooms. That resulted in booking a second room. The rooms are so small that you cannot walk around the bed, and the bathroom is not private. So, for the price we paid, this was a bad experience.

I couldnt check in earlier than 3pm which I understand as they told me that the person just checked out and the room needs cleaning so I had to leave my bags because I needed to be somewhere at a time. I got back at night time to checkin and had to put my details on paper and sign and then he handed me the keys to my room which was room 205 on floor 2. As i entered the room I though it was so far good and took a shower and i pulled back the blankets getting ready to jump in bed but I saw hairs in the bed and i looked closely at the bedding, noticing dust all over the bedding. I went down stairs and told him that the bedding and sheets werent clean and so i apologised and i askex for some extra clean sheets which he went to go get for me so i can change the sheets. When i git back with clean sheets, i pulled the sheets away from the bef and found more hairs under the sheets which i found gross so i left it on and put the cleen sheets on top of the sheets with an extra sheet covering me from the duvet. I coildnt find the remote for the tv. I checked out the next day and the lady asked me was this your room and i said yes but now im not sure if i got the right room. I wouldnt book this hotel again and can see why it was cheap.
