    There is a bit of a luck on getting the right room. The basement is to be avoided. Otherwise the rooms are lovely. Michele was a professional, courteous and very helpful. My compliments to the staff for a job well done....

    Due to the change of the travel plan, we had to spend one night in Paddington, which left us few options. We noticed some negative comments when booking but fortunately the top-floor room is a lot better than we expected - clean, quiet and equipped with AC rather than the fans. Although no elevator, I can deposit my luggage on the basement so all good. It's a wonderful night and we really enjoyed.

    Lovely hotel located in a short walking distance from Paddington Station, lots of things to do in surrounding area. Staff were very pleasant. Provides basic amenities  such as kettle, hairdryer, room fan, tv and small toothbrushes, shampoo etc perfect for a short stay.

    As in the pictures, you can see what you get it’s different than what you should have gotten. Basically, the room itself to be honest it’s for a person and that’s about it, no wardrobe for any of your clothes, 2 people can’t walk past each other(check the old pictures again of the rooms!!!), cleaning was decent, some much more floor cleaner would have made a bit of the difference and also in the bathroom, no spot whatsoever to put a shampoo or anything(so in the shower cabin whatsoever). It was fairly decent warm, personally I wouldn’t stay here again. Thanks!
