Location is superb and the staff so lovely, helpful and on top of their game.
The room is small but not to small, comfortable bed, awesome fan to cool down on hot days and an elevator which is not so common on these older buildings. I was on the top floor so very appreciated.
The shower took a very long time to heat up. Not a problem on the warmer days but would be after a colder evening out.

Would have liked the time of breakfast to have been extended from 9 am to 9.30 am.
My room at the front of the hotel was noisy from the street, and due to the heat, I had to keep my window open. This disturbed my sleep. (My friend's room at the back of the hotel was quiet)

Great location near Paddington station, from which many buses and tube lines depart. Breakfast was alright.
Facilities were old. The shower was loose and I thought it would come off the wall if I applied too much pressure. No AC.
