8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Clean, convenient and friendly.
The room appointed for breakfast was quite awkward with chairs that didn’t fit under the tables and consequently difficult for guests to get up and down to help themselves to food. Also the chairs made very loud noises on the hard flooring. The breakfast was very underwhelming with limited choice. For example no bacon or sausage, bananas or sourdough. Also the coffee pot often empty.

Nice location and nice feeling to property
Very small rooms and no elevators, but staff helped with our bags

Comfy bed and excellent location to Paddington Station. Staff were awesome and so helpful! Really clean and servicing was fabulous.
Breakfast area is small and quickly becomes congested. Could possibly be solved by getting guests to book into a time slot? Only a small thing though in the bigger picture.

The location is exceptional, being only 5 minutes walking from paddington. The staff is also very nice
Unfortunately during my stay the WiFi was working very poorly. I needed it for work meetings and it was simply not enough. The window in my room didn’t fully close, so it could hear noises all night and further get cold air from outside. Finally, the hotel doesn’t have an elevator
