The hotel is very well situated, easy to walk through the side streets to the V&A and museums, very near tube stations and Paddington. Very friendly helpful staff. Well stocked breakfast.
We were there when it was hot, there is no air conditioning but there are fans in the rooms. There are no lifts which was fine for us, the bags can be carried up by the kind staff.

Good breakfast. Lots of choice. Fridge in room and coffee and tea facilities. Comfy bed too.
Climbing 6 flights of stairs to attic room. It was a very hot night too so had to have fans on full blast which was noisy but at least there were fans.

The location was brilliant. 2 minutes away from Paddington station, bars, restaurants, shops and the hop on hop off bus. Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.
There’s not much the breakfast area is small when rooms are full but it wasn’t a problem
