A great location, Just a few hundred yards from Paddington station. Very welcoming entrance and reception staff are amazing. So friendly Check-in was seamless and at the time of travel my wife had a broken foot and was using crutches. There is a large step into the hotel but we managed Our room was on lower ground floor and was compact. We would have managed but with crutches etc it would have been a bit tight. The hotel staff came to our room and offered us a family room on 4 th floor as they thought our stay would be more comfortable. Which it was A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness and consideration Given the great location and lovely hotel we cannot recommend this place enough and look forward to returning Great cafes and restaurants in the area
