I don't think it would be fair to criticise this hotel considering it's location and price. The rooms are decently sized with fresh beddings and towels. No smelly or mouldy stuff as I feared. Rooms get cleaned daily. Windows CAN open and the air con WORKS. Location is of course undisputedly so convenient. Overall exceeded my expectation.
Parking could be cheaper.

Location and friendly staff.
Room was a bit run down. Furniture was old and should have been replaced. Lighting was bad, especially in bathroom. Missing towel bar in bathroom, just hardware left on wall. AC was not robust and it was hot.
