Excellent location, very pretty leafy area, short walk to Paddington station. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I wanted proximity to Paddington station, and this hotel was 3 minutes away. Unfortunately, the hotel room was on the 5th floor, but we didn't really mind, except when we had to carry our luggage up and down. The room is small, but clean. The bathroom would definitely benefit with hook to hang a towel (there isn't even one spot to hang a towel to use after a shower). The staff members were phenomenal. Helped us get a taxi when we couldn't find any to the airport, really pleasant and helpful.

We were given a small room at the highest floor. Unable to change. We didnt complete our stay and check out the next day. Worst hotel ever. 1. Unhelpful staff 2. No lift 3. No aircond in the room 4. very very narrrow stairs on the top floor 5. No one assisted us to carry our luggage. 6. Can get a better hotel at a better price at the same location.

I am not very happy because I had to pay another £100 for nothing and it doesnt say when I booked it and payed for it I had to pay more money so I am not happy and I think this is a scam and I think this hotel is ripping me off.
