    The water was freezing cold for the shower and everything in our room was dirty.

    We got the room knowing it wouldn't be the best but it was a horrible experience overall. Our room had stained bedsheets and pillows/pillowcases, the underneath of the bed was dirty, the shower drain was clogged so to take a shower we had to keep turning the shower on and off, and the toilet even had poo stains. Additionally, we booked the stay with the information that free wifi was provided throughout our stay, but at the end of our stay the wifi stopped working and we were told that that service was no longer being provided

    Stayed here again and enjoyed a spacious room at a good price. Ventilation could be improved in basement but its ok
