During my 2 nights stay I attempted to shower 3 times, 2 of them were without hot water!
I mentioned to the reception lady after the first time and she said she would look into it but nothing was done!

I stayed w my sister. Overall we had very good stay, luckyky the reception man gave us the ground flour so we dont have to climb the stairs coz no lift , ,accomodation lay on very old victorian building nice with high ceiling .The only minus the bathroom they dont give floor mat, no Ac & only electric Fan & the big bed need to chage w new mattras on room nr 4. And to check in dont come before 15.00 and after 22.00 coz no one there ,the reception is not 24hrs service . From 7night stayed so far so good. Coz we need only place to sleep, to shower & clean, able do our prayer ,& keep our suitcase safe. Coz most of the time we went out from morning till late night to explore london and around UK. The hotel is older and charming but not fancy - no bells or whistles- and it does need some maintenance work & upgrades. BUT... for those who are looking for an inexpensive, centrally located place to shower and sleep, this was great for us. A 5-minute walk from the train station and access to anywhere we wanted to go in London by train were exactly what we were looking for. The housekeeping lady is very sweet and accommodating. There are restaurants nearby. (we stayed for 5 nights).

Terrible hotel, I should have checked the reviews. We had 4 rooms booked. Dirty place, mouldy bathroom, rooms extremely small, smelly, matress really really old and unconfortable, really hot room, only 1 small fan, no mini fridge. Shower only 1st day we had hot water, cold water after, on all 4 rooms. Shower temperature knob broken on all 4 rooms. Reception not 24hrs as advertised, mostly closed. One of the rooms had the window broken. So many Rats outside the hotel. Avoid avoid avoid.
