    The room was small, but I was aware of the size when booking, so it wasn’t an issue. A small fan was provided, though with the summer heat, a bigger or more powerful fan would have been really helpful. My room was on the 4th floor, which can be quite challenging if you’re travelling with large suitcases. The staff may be able to help with luggage, but it’s best to give them a heads-up beforehand as it depends on staff availability. On my last day, I dealt with a female staff member at the service counter who came across as a little unfriendly, although she was still helpful with what I needed. The overall vibe of the hotel can feel a little eerie, especially as some of the hallway lights are motion-activated. But after a long day exploring you honestly don’t notice it much and just want to get back to your room and rest! Overall, it was a decent stay and did the job for my trip.

    We were allocated a room in the basement. The room would literally shake every time a train would pass. Great location but plenty of other options. Totally overpriced.

    The only positive thing about this place is the location. Overall it’s very fun down. The room is tiny, I couldn’t even open my suitcase because there’s no space on the floor. There was a really weird smell in my room, kinda like mold, plaster was coming off of the walls and the window wouldn’t stay open. There’s a tube coming every 5 minutes which literally makes the floor shake and it’s extremely noisy. The bathroom was clean but there was a big loose tile above the toilet and only ice cold water in the shower. Absolutely NOT worth the money!!
