The location, easy for underground/mainline at Paddington. Great value for money.

A lot of stairs . I appreciate a lift would be costly to install and would take away rooms I guess but im 71 and found the stairs difficult

The location was superb. Very close to Paddington station and Hyde Park, hence offering very easy accessibility to lots of places. The included breakfast was good, with copious amounts to eat, and a good range of food and drink on offer, all regularly replenished, hence it was all fresh. The bed was very comfortable and roomy, with a duvet, which I find much better than traditional sheets and blankets. The room was also quiet. No noticeable traffic sounds, which made falling asleep easier than expected in such a busy part of London.

Both the room itself and the reception area were somewhat smaller than they appeared in the publicity pictures. This meant that the bathroom/shower was a little cramped, especially for two people sharing the room. Whilst there were many plug inlets and USB ports, they were the older USB2.0 variety. Luckily I had brought a USB 3 adaptor, but otherwise this may have been an issue, as so many devices use the later version to charge.

Proximity to Paddington Station, friendly reception who are happy to store luggage
