    Great central location. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Fridge and safe in room, as well as kettle. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Reception staff lovely and super helpful would recommend.

    Excellent location. Safe and clean area to stay. Very accessible to most attractions and is about 5 mins walk to Paddington station. Friendly and helpful staff.

    Location in a great spot Room was tiny, with 2 large suitcases it made it near impossible to get around the room ( had to jump over the beat every time) Bathroom so small the sink was external to the bathroom Underground lines right beneath the hotel so you hear it every few minutes or so, but doesn’t bother you much Room was clean and tidy

    Tiny space for a couple. Couldn’t walk around to the other side of the bed. Had to ask them to remove the chair and desk as we couldn’t fit two luggages. No shower or amenities when we checked out at 10pm. Staff look like they don’t want to work there.
