The hotel was lovely and the staff were kind and professional. However, be cautious about reserving a “cabin room”. The bed was luxurious and full size, but there was no room to walk. It is a very small room, perfect for children to combine with a classic room. My husband and I upgrade to the superior room, which was exceptional.

The room was very small but it had everything I needed except a magnifying mirror. The breakfast was very good and fresh and there was a nice coffee machine for latte, cappuccino, or whatever suited you. It was very convenience to Paddington station and several good restaurants.

The staff gave wonderful dinner recommendations. Loved how quiet it was in our room. The breakfast was worth the price as it was especially good. A lot of variety and all fresh and well made.
