    This hotel offers breakfast, but they gave us cheap snacks, all sugary and they don't have air conditioning as they advertised. During the heat wave on June 2026, they didn't want to give our money back. Window didn't open

    Great location a couple of minutes walk from Paddington station. Early check in 1.30pm Had a quad room on the top floor for 2 adults and 2 teens. 1 double and 2 singles. Not huge but perfect for what we needed. Very clean and quiet. Facilities included towels, shower, toilet, hairdryer, iron, fan, fridge, kettle, tea & coffee, lots of plug sockets too. Breakfast was brought to us at a time we requested on check in. Lots of options (see photo) 11am checkout. Option to leave bags in the hallway after checkout to collect later in the day (at your own risk) Would definitely stay again

    The room was dated but pristine! Housekeeping was in on a daily basis to replenish and tidy up (which was great for a group of mothers on a break!). Staff friendly and location was right next to the tube station. If you are a light sleeper, I would avoid this place as you can hear the trains but they finish around midnight!

    I booked this hotel because it was stated in their page that one of their facilities is air conditioning. We came during London’s hottest days and it was really important for my family to cool down after long hours outside but unfortunately we only got one fan which was not enough. We appreciate the breakfast but we were only given once in our 3 days stay. The location was great and easy access to Paddington station- either train or buses.
