Our room was on 4th floor, so lots of stairs. We would stay again, but ask for lower down…although the view was fab

Very convenient near Paddington Station, clean and friendly staff, fair value at the price.
No bath mat, basin in room was very small, only a pedestal fan and vagrants fighting outside made sleeping a bit tough.
