Bed was fairly comfortable. Friendly staff.

Poor organisation for breakfast. Too many stairs when you have a lot of luggage.

This compact single bed room was perfect for my needs as. 4ft 10” woman. The linen and towels were pristine and although the furniture was a little tired, the facilities: over bed lamp, fan, mini fridge, great sized TV and copious amounts of good quality tea and coffee were excellent. The shower room looked brand new and the water pressure and temp were great. The location was an easy flat, safe and 2min walk from Paddington transport links. The hotel had 24 hr reception and the staff were very prompt responding to my queries which put my mind at rest because I needed a late check in and didn’t arrive until gone 23:00. The price for this room was exceptional for central London.

It didn’t bother me but my room was up a large Victorian sweeping stair case on the second floor (and there were higher floors) so I could imagine this would be difficult with luggage unless they were extremely fit.

Location excellent Breakfast room good too Reception area good Opening windows! And not bad in the heat!

Some reception staff had trouble understanding me. Toilet seat not properly positioned I didn’t realise my room would be at a different address to reception

Good value for money for a stay in London. The staff were friendly and helpful when checking us in. The room was clean and did the job for what we paid.

Top-floor room for six people felt quite small, and with only one fan it got quite warm, shower was poor
