    We were allocated a room in the basement. The room would literally shake every time a train would pass. Great location but plenty of other options. Totally overpriced.

    A perfect location for central London and surprisingly quiet! We had read some reviews regarding train/tube noises but barely noticed at all. Friendly and helpful staff, great value for money and would definitely stay again!

    Affordable option for a stopover. Rooms are tiny, there is a lot of noise from trains and amenities are limited (no elevators, blow dryer etc). But everything is clean and fine for the price.

    The only positive thing about this place is the location. Overall it’s very fun down. The room is tiny, I couldn’t even open my suitcase because there’s no space on the floor. There was a really weird smell in my room, kinda like mold, plaster was coming off of the walls and the window wouldn’t stay open. There’s a tube coming every 5 minutes which literally makes the floor shake and it’s extremely noisy. The bathroom was clean but there was a big loose tile above the toilet and only ice cold water in the shower. Absolutely NOT worth the money!!
