Kept the rooms clean and was at a very convenient location

The staff were always very welcoming and accommodating at the front desk. The room was very clean and just as advertised. The neighborhood had a great balance of quiet, but with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Having the Paddington station close by was great for travel, and we liked the low rumble of the underground that went by every so often.

Everything was great! The worst part was staying on the 4th floor without an elevator or lift for luggage! Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

Great area very close to Paddington station with plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were small but decorated thoughtfully and full of character. Staff were friendly and on hand 24/7. Could hear the rumble of the underground but wasn't an issue on my floor.
