    The walls are paper thin so you hear everyone on your entire floor, the staff also won’t speak to anyone who’s overly noisy and won’t offer a resolution. The carpets are stained and dirty, and the pictures are not like the ads. The only positive was being close to Paddington, but after walking in the area there’s so many other hotels even just on the same block.
