Well the hotel os superbly situated about 250m from Earl's court tube station which gives really easy access to central London. Most of the rooms are really small and to be honest the hotel is tired and could do with a serious makeover, although our room was very clean. Breakfast is continental style. Free tea coffee and bottled water and wifi available 24/7

I got a great deal on a room here and enjoyed the stay. Comfortable room with private bathroom and TV. It was also great to have free coffee available in the lobby.

Poor breakfast: Breakfast is poor. You get toast with cheese or salami/ham, eggs and croissants, a small choice of fruits and yogurt - no variation. The coffee is very bad. Only one staff member is working in the breakfast room. Of course he can not catch up with workload. He did his best, but it was just to much for one person. The hotel management need to have more people working during busy breakfast times. Facilities: The hotel is very old and our room was small. We had a very small table and a chair. No space to open the suitcase. And we were given a 120 bed for 2 people. When we left, we saw that there were bigger rooms available. Unfriendly staff: When addressing an issue at the reception later that day, the staff blamed us for not complaining earlier. We walked away to discuss our plans and which subway we want to take. During that, we could hear the staff members complaining about us all the time. Very unprofessional. Overall: A bad experience at the hotel. However, it was not expensive. Yet, for what we got, it was never cheap. Good location and it was clean.
