    My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid it. The room was filthy when we arrived. The bed was dirty, there was blood in the toilet, hair all over the shower, and dirt everywhere. The window was broken and could not be closed, making the room feel unsafe and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was only hot water, so it was impossible to take a proper shower because the water was far too hot. We reported these issues to the reception several times and waited 8 hours to be moved to another room. During that time, we also waited for Agoda to respond. After all that waiting, Agoda told us that the hotel claimed we had never made a complaint, which is completely untrue. We visited the reception multiple times to report the problems. The hotel's customer service was just as terrible as the condition of the room. They ignored our complaints and then falsely claimed we had never raised them. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Dirty rooms, broken facilities, poor hygiene, and terrible customer service. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel looked like a third-world hotel in Pakistan.
