    The room was just too small for 2 people. There was no room for 2 small suitcases to fit comfortably. Only one small chair. And they have major hvac issues. The room was ice cold and the thermostat didnt work. The staff had to adjust the temperature from a main source. The coffee maker didnt work and I was charged 7 pounds for a cup of poor takeaway coffee. When the machine was replaced the coffee it made was terrible. There was no information anywhere-how to use the TV, the phone, the coffee maker, hours for breakfast and the bar, erc. Not even the various color coffee pods were labeled with their flavors. The location of Bertands Townhouse was great and the staff was friendly but the amenities were just not good and the room was just not comfortable.
