The location was amazing. Only a 20 minute walk from Euston station, 45 mins to Camden market and 15 mins away from Oxford street. It was a very clean and safe feeling location. We also got the tube to Wembley and this was easy enough to get to from the hotel. It was clean and the check in and check out process was easy and quick. Staff were also friendly.
It felt a little outdated but that doesn’t matter much to me. Location and cleanliness is the main thing I look for in a property.

Location was good for a short break including theatre visit
No cold water in the room. The cold water tap ran hot. We visited during heatwave and this made showers uncomfortable as water was extremely hot. Had to buy bottled water to clean teeth and use for kettle. Staff said maintenance would investigate but it did not happen. No air con in room fan provided. Room was very hot but not as hot as the cold water
