    Unfortunely right before my trip I had an accident and arrived with a broken ankle in a cast. It’s my first time travelling with that kind of injury and I didn’t write beforehand to request a room on the groundfloor. Fortunately I was welcomed by a very attentive and helpful staff member who did everything he could to get another guest to switch rooms with me very last minute. I was relocated to a single room next door to a bathroom and I couldn’t be more grateful for the general help and care I’ve received, especially in a moment of need. Would recommend and will definitely come back (once in full health).

    I used a single boxy room with no windows. And very small. I would not recommend that room. But any other room they have are perfectly fine. Great location, nice clean and affordable. Lovely staff. I reccomend it !!!

    I had booked a dormitory but when I turned up was told that there was an age limit and I was over the age. They offered a single room which was far more epensive and also said that would agree to refund the fee to Agoda. The hotel need to specify the age limit on the Agoda posting.

    Great location for visiting and sightseeing. Nice amenities close by, lots of places to eat and chill. The room was as expected and I barely saw any other guests. It was mostly quiet at night although there was a disagreement between guests on one of the nights which woke me up. The cleaners were fab and keep the place spotless, even the shared bathroom. The female staff at reception and the night worker were very friendly and helpful but other staff were rude and dismissive and I found this a little off putting. I made some simple requests one morning that were ignored until I returned which was disappointing. All in all it was a mostly enjoyable stay if you are not planning on being in the accommodation except to sleep. I’m not sure that I would recommend if you’re looking for a place to relax and hang out in.
